Employee Is Injuried after Slipping on Wet Floor

At 12:00 p.m. on May 5, 2005, Employee #1, an accountant with a physical handicap, while walking on his crutches, slipped and fell in a puddle of water that was left from a coworker's wet umbrella. His fall resulted in the fracture of his hip and the head of his femur. He was transported to Harbor General Hospital and was hospitalized for treatment.
