Employee crushed by machine

On October 11, 2002, Employee #1, a maintenance electrician, was working in an E & A Unitizer. The machine started up, pinning him between the input conveyor belt and the stub rollers, crushing his lower chest and upper abdomen. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the hospital.
