Employee Dies after Being Struck by Forklift

On July 24, 2002, Employee #1 was walking near his job site when he was struck by a company forklift being operated at low speed. He fell backwards and struck his head on the pavement. Employee #1 died the next day in Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
