Employee dies from heart attack

On November 12, 2003, Employee #1 was unloading office chairs from a truck, each chair weighing between 40 and 50 lbs. He notified his employer that he was not feeling well and went to a nearby service station to get a drink. Employee #1 did not return for quite a while. His boss went looking for him. Employee #1 was found lying on the lawn of the service station and not breathing. An ambulance was called and, once on the scene, attempted to revive him with no success. He was pronounced dead due to a heart attack.
