Employee killed by heart attack on the job

On October 10, 2002, Employee #1 had just returned from lunch break. He was preparing to continue sandblasting a concrete panel outside the west side of the main production building. It is not known how long Employee #1 had been unconscious before another worker, Employee #1's brother, found him. Employee #1 had suffered a fatal heart attack. The cause of death was listed as natural causes, with no evidence of workplace injury causing or contributing to the death.
