Employee Fractures Leg After Scissor Lift Tips Over

On May 7, 2002, Employee #1 was moving a beam to place while working from a scissor lift. The scissor lift tipped over when one wheel tipped off the edge of the concrete. He was wearing a full body harness and was tied to the inside of the lift. He fractured his lower leg and was hospitalized.
