Employee Is Killed When Run over by Tractor Trailer

Employee #1 was in a loading area helping a coworker back a 1988 International tri-axle tractor trailer into a dock. When he left to check on another trailer, the coworker pulled away, drove across the lot, and began to back into another dock. As he did so, he felt he had run over something and he stopped. When he got out of the truck, he saw that he had run over Employee #1, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Employee #1 may have been trying to get into the tractor on the right side while it was moving.
