Employee falls and breaks leg under moving trailer

On December 16, 2002, Employee #1 was occupying a moving trailer when he fell from the vehicle. He fell with his left leg landing under the trailer. The wheels of the trailer ran over this leg and caused multiple fractures to its ankle and knee.
