Employee killed when struck by a suspend crane load

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on April 19, 2002, Employee #1 and a coworker were using a 40-ton overhead crane, Number 4, and were preparing to move a 90-ft-long 14,000-pound I-beam girder. During the lift the crane moved and the lifted load struck another girder and Employee #1. Employee #1 died.
