Employee Killed When Run Over by Truck

On February 24, 2003, several employees were delivering windows to a job site. After one stop on the site, the truck was re-positioned. The truck became stuck. The driver got out. Then, he resumed trying to move the truck. He was finally able to move the truck while backing the truck closer to the building. However, he did not see Employee #1 and ran over him. He saw Employee #1 lying dead on the ground.
