Employee killed after falling from roof

On March 5, 2003, Employee #1 was walking on a roof approximately 25 ft high. The employee was not using fall protection equipment and she fell over the side. Employee #1 was killed. The employee was born in Mexico and had been in the United States since 2002. Her primary language and the primary language used on the work site was Spanish.
