Employees Injured by Flying Concrete from Explosion

At approximately 11:45 a.m. on October 28, 2001, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were at a gun range when there was an explosion in the bunker to the left of Range Number 1. Employees #1 and #2 received minor injuries from baseball size concrete that flew through the air as a result of the explosion.
