Tractor Trailer Backs Up Into Emloyee Killing Him

On July 4, 2002, a Mission Foods sanitation worker cleaned the waste container area south of a receiving dock. He then walked over to the receiving dock where a Penske Logistics truck driver moved trailers in and out of the area. While the sanitation worker waited at the dock, the truck driver backed a tractor-trailer into him, crushing the employee between the trailer and the dock, killing him.
