Employee Dies From Heart Attack While Operating A Fork Lift

Employee #1 died from a heart attack while he was operating a powered fork lift truck loader that loaded crates of poultry onto platforms, where birds were unloaded. Employee #1 was found by another coworker in a prone position on the ground next to his loader. The loader had been turned off, and the forks were resting on dock platform. Employee#1 was pronounced dead at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. The attending physician stated that he died from natural causes.
