Employee killed when struck by industrial truck

On March 6, 2002, Employee #1, was standing behind two industrial trucks when both shifted into reverse at about the same time. Both back-up alarms sounded, however Employee #1 apparently could not distinguish which truck was backing up. He stepped backwards into the path of the truck that backed first, was struck, and killed.
