Employee crushed by falling counter tops

At approximately 7:45 a.m. on May 15, 2001, Employee #1 was sorting through a stack of counter tops stacked up against the shop wall with another employee. In the process of moving other counter tops around to get the order number required, the stack of counter tops started toppling over on Employee #1. Employee #1 was knocked to the ground, struck by several pieces of counter tops, and suffered fatal injuries.
