Employee's leg injured when struck by falling log

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on November 9, 2001, an employee was working for Tom Harmon Logging at Mt. High Timber Company in LaPine, Oregon. The employee was removing the wrappers from a loaded self-loading log truck. A log fell from the truck and struck the truck drivers lower left leg. He was hospitalized with leg fractures.
