Employee Fractured Bones After Falling From Scaffold

Employee #1 fell thirty-five feet from a scaffold and fractured some bones. A coating application company's employee was working from a two point suspended scaffold when one end became unhooked dumping Employee #1 out. Employee #1 was wearing a harness and lanyard but they were not tied into the vertical life line. He fell approximately thirty-five feet and fractured some bones. Employee #1 went to a local hospital for treatment.
