Employee killed in fall from communication tower

Employee #1 was painting a communication tower. The employee stepped outside the tower and fell approximately 150 feet to the ground. A witness stated that he heard a scream, looked up and saw the employee falling to the ground. The witness also stated that the employee hit the lowest guide wire before striking the ground. The employee was killed in the fall.
