Employee Killed In Traffic Accident

Employee #1 was riding on back of garbage truck and noticed a garbage can had blown over in a driveway. Before the truck driver stopped, Employee #1 jumped from the truck and ran from behind the truck into a lane of traffic. Employee #1 was struck by a mini-van and killed.
