Employee Injured In Fall From Scaffold

Employee #1 was laying block from an outrigger scaffold platform. The overlap on the plank eventually worked apart causing Employee #1 to fall approximately 12 ft to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a fractured ankle and was hospitalized.
