Employee killed when struck by seed box

On November 19, 2001, a forklift was carrying a loaded steel box of seed when the forklift operator suddenly saw Employee #1 in front of himt. The opertor abruptly, and the seed box slid off the forks and onto the legs of the victim. Employee #1 sustained a fatal head injury and died at the hospital.
