Employee Killed When Struck In Head By A Trailer Frame

Employee #1 died when he fell from the trailer after being struck on the head by the trailer frame. He was seated on the tongue of the trailer, which was being pulled by a tractor. He fell from the trailer tongue and was struck on the head by the trailer frame. Employee #1 was then pinned under the trailer and pulled approximately five feet before coming to a stop. He died from fatal injuries to his head with multiple injuries throughout his body.
