Employee killed in fall from elevation when cleaning apartme

On August 28, 2000, Employee #1 and coworker were cleaning items left by the last tenant of apartment number 18. While doing so, Employee #1 fell 9 ft, 3 in. and was killed. There were no witnesses to the fall.
