Employee Is Killed When Crushed by Hay Bale

On August 1, 2002, Employee #1 was using a Bobcat skid steer loader to move 1,500-pound hay bales when he became caught under one of the bales and was crushed. There were no witnesses to the accident. Employee #1 was found underneath the bale and pronounced dead at the scene.
