Employee killed in fall from trailer

Employee #1, a truck driver, was drying out a hopper-type over-the-road trailer used to haul flour. He was on the metal ladder platform on the back of the trailer, approximately 7 feet above the ground, when he fell. Another employee from the grain mill stated that he heard a loud bang and went outside and found Employee #1 on the ground, approximately 7 feet behind the trailer, severely bleeding from a head wound. Employee #1 was killed in the fall.
