Employee injured after falling from a top a crane

On September 5, 2001, Employee #1 was making repairs to the bridge of a crane. Employee #1 used a ladder to get to the top of an interior room and climbed from there onto the bridge of the crane to make the repair. Employee #1 overbalanced when jumping back onto the room from the bridge of the crane and fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
