Worker's hand caught in 10-ton press

On June 25, 2001, an employee of Lund International suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized when his hand was caught on 10-ton press. He was adjusting a die on the press. The employee did not lock out the press and lost three fingers and use of a hand after being caught in the point of operation.
