Employee injured after falling off a roof truss

On January 18, 2002, an employee of International Steel was standing on top of roof trusses to spot or land a bundle of decking material. During this operation the employee slipped off the roof truss and fell approximately 26 feet to the ground landing on his back. He was hospitalized for fractures.
