Two employees killed in medical school murder/suicide

Employee #1, a Director of Anatomic Pathology in the Pathology Department at the University of Washington, had provided a one-year evaluation of Employee #2, a medical resident in the same department and whom he supervised. On June 28, 2000, Employee #2 murdered Employee #1 in his office at the University of Washington Medical Center. Employee #2 then killed himself.
