Employee Killed In Fall From Extension Ladder

Employee #1 fell from a 28-ft portable extension ladder while replacing the drop cable connected to the customer's home. Employee #1 was working alone from the ladder and apparently no one saw him fall. According to the medical examiner's office, Employee #1 died of a blunt trauma force.
