Employee Injured When Dolly Fell

While in the process of preparing a self erecting crane for removal from the site, the employees were lifting a dolly into position on the crane. During the process of moving the dolly into position, the chain being used to lift the dolly broke and the dolly fell to the ground striking Employee #1. Employee #1 sustained lacerations to his leg.
