Employee fall from ladder

An employee was installing HVAC. He climbed up the ladder to adjusting the twist ties on some insulation piping. The employee was reorienting them to make them look better and more presentable. He continued this activity for several locations along the wall when the employee fell from the ladder. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
