Investigation Summary
Employee #1 died from a heart attack. He was standing next to the road directing the rail crane operator to push rail cars across the county road. Approximately one minute later, another employee signaled the operator to stop. Employee #1 was found unconscious lying on the side of the road about ten feet away with his hard hat still on. Coworkers called for medical assistance. He was transported to Bear River Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
