Employee killed when caught by auger conveyor

Employees were working on the in-feed screw auger of a core dryer. They mistakenly locked out the wrong switch but did not test it. Another crew was working on the drum portion, three levels below. After completion of their work, the second crew removed their locks and started the machine. The auger began to move, and Employee #1 was caught in the auger conveyor and was killed.
