Employee injured in fall when scaffold overturns

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on May 14, 2000, Employee #1 was on a scaffold cleaning the top of the heating/air conditioner unit when an 8 ft to 12 ft section of the ductwork fell and struck the scaffold, knocking it over. Employee #1 fell to the ground and struck his head against an electrical outlet box. He sustained a fractured skull, for which he was hospitalized. and was hospitalized.
