Employee falls off roof

Employee #1 worked for a roofing company. Roofing tile was already staged on the roof and the crew was making the final preparations for installing the tile roof. Employee #1 was working at the edge of a roof on a single-story multi-unit dwelling, an assisted living Alzheimer's care facility. Employee #1 fell off of the edge of the roof. He was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
