Employee killed when crushed between trailer and dock

Employee #1, a truck driver, pulled a loaded trailer away from the dock and then walked behind the trailer to open the rear door and check papers. The tractor and trailer rolled back, trapping him between the trailer and the loading dock. Employee #1 was fatally crushed.
