Employee dies of apparent heart attack

On September 7, 1999, Employee #1 was standing in a small portable shack called the dog house, waiting for a loader to place logs in a set of bunks around which he would then connect a sling or strap. Employee #1 suffered a heart attack and collapsed. He was later pronounced dead, as a result of the heart attack.
