Employee killed by heart attack

On April 24, 1999, Employee #1 was found in a room with no signs of trauma and no known cause of death. Queries to his employer identified a nitrogen leak and air monitoring in the area indicated a possible oxygen deficient atmosphere. Employee #1 had entered a room where work was not being performed to retrieve a tool left the previous day. Employee #1 had no other reason for entering the room. No electricity was available in the room at that time due to construction activity. Coroner's results later indicated death from heart attack.
