Employee killed when steel uprights overturn

Employee #1 was painting structural steel components that were stacked in tiers. The steel components consisted of 16 warehouse pallet rack uprights that were banded together and stacked in preparation for shipment. Employee #1 was engaged in touch-up painting when the uprights shifted inside the steel bands and tipped over on him. Employee #1 was killed.
