Employee killed when struck by falling lift truck
Employee #1 was performing scheduled maintenance on a forklift. He used another forklift to raise the first forklift so he could replace the starter. Apparently the first forklift slid off the second truck's forks and fell on Employee #1. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
