Employee fell 18.5 feet to his death while workin on roof

On October 11, 1999, Employee #1, owner of Ibi Builders, was working at a job site on faulty scaffolding when he fell 18.5 ft to his death. He was working on the roof when he fell. There were two other employees at the job site, although they were only subcontractors and not permanent employees of the company. There is not another employee or owner of the company and this investigation will not extend any further than this point.
