Employee crushed by a truck

An employee was killed when he was crushed between a truck and a semi-trailer. For extra light, the employee had pulled a truck up behind his semi-trailer so he could inspect his load. When he exited the truck, he did not set the emergency brake. The truck rolled forward and crushed the employee between the truck and the semi-trailer.
