Employee dies of heart attack after loading trailers

On Saturday, July 24, Employee #1 and a coworker were loading semi-truck trailers and preparing the vehicles for Monday morning. The weather was hot and humid. Employee #1 became ill and the coworker, who was not trained in first aid or emergency procedures, left the premises to seek help. When he returned to the job site with an off-duty coworker, they found Employee #1 lying on the pavement, unconscious. The coworker left again to call an ambulance, which arrived approximately 11 minutes later. Employee #1 died of a massive heart attack.
