Employee killed in fall from warehouse roof

At 11:15 a.m. on April 20, 1999, Employee # 1 was performing leading edge work on the roof of a new warehouse. He was opening a new bundle of insulation when he stepped off the finished edge of the roof and fell between 33 and 35 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was killed.
