Employee burned by molten metal, later dies

Employee #1 was operating a molding machine when molten metal splashed into his work area from above and burned his feet. Employee #1 slipped and fell, and his pants caught on fire. He suffered second- and third-degree burns to his feet and legs, and subsequently died as a result of infection and kidney failure.
