Employee dies of a heart attack

On May 12, 2004, Employee #1 was crossing the floor between the forklift he was driving and a mule type of powered industrial truck when coworkers heard him fall. He had a documented history of asthma and heart problems. The fall resulted in a head injury and was caused by a heart attack. Employee #1 died.
