Employee dies in fall while installing sheetrock

On February 6, 2004, Employee #1 was installing sheetrock when a scissor lift tipped over. The employee fell approximately 16 ft to 20 ft and sustained blunt trauma injuries. Employee #1 was in a coma until he died on March 6, 2004.
