Employee dies from heart attack

On April 12, 2002, Employee #1, a forklift operator, had stopped his forklift, and then placed it into neutral when he collapsed. Other coworkers found him and observed that he had shallow breathing and slow pulse. Emergency medical personnel was summoned. They arrived, but were unable to revive him. He succumbed to his cardiovascular distress due to a myocardial infarction and died.
